ABOUT THE MENTOR: Owner of Sideline Chic, Danni Boatwright

Danni Boatwright was the winner of Survivor: Guatemala and now owns Sideline Chic, a clothing store in Kansas. She has an exciting, diverse background and is excited to be a Virtual Mentor for interested students.

In 1996, Boatwright won Miss Kansas USA and was first runner-up to Miss Louisiana USA in the Miss USA pageant. Boatwright attended Tonganoxie High School and the University of Kansas. She is best known for winning the 11th season of Survivor in Guatemala. She has worked as a model for many years, and later a talk show host for 610 Sports in Kansas City. She now owns Sideline Chic, an apparel story for attending sporting events. She's an expert in starting a small fashion business- because she's done it!
